Information We Collect

When you call us about a reroof, an insurance claim, a roofing job or a critter guard, we may collect your name, phone number, the property location, details about your roof and solar system, your roofer's schedule and anything else you choose to share.

When you browse this website, basic technical information may be gathered automatically, such as browser type, device type, pages viewed and approximate location based on your IP address.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you share to answer your questions, look at your roof and array, prepare quotes and documentation, schedule work and coordinate with your roofer.

We may also keep records of our conversations, follow up on jobs in progress and improve our services and this website.

How We Share Information

We may also share information with service providers who help us run the business, or when the law requires it or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
